Lora has worked at Kolob Canyon since 2012.  She has worked as a Mentor, Team Lead and now as our Adventure Coordinator.  Lora has an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts.  She also taught preschool for almost 16 years.  While she loves little people, Lora thoroughly enjoys working with teens.  Lora not only plans and coordinates our 3-day adventure trips, she can also often be found teaching students life skills such as cooking, and sewing. Lora feels she has the best job ever because she has the chance to hike, swim, ski and so much more with the students at Kolob.  

When she was a child, Lora's father was a Captain in the Air Force, so she grew up all over the United States and lived for three years in Germany.  She is happy to now call New Harmony, UT her home where she lives with her husband.  She has 9 children and 16 grandchildren.  When not working, Lora loves to cook, sew, garden, hike and just be outdoors.
